PARK(ing) Day - Community Design StandPARK(ing) Day started in 2005 by the ReBAR collective in San Francisco, born out of the idea that parking spaces could be public spaces. This proposal is Palo Alto's first temporary parklet and PARK(ing) Day installation, the Community Design Stand is intended to to encourage Downtown residents to gather informally and provide input on community issues.
