Growth without Gridlock

Growth without Gridlock focuses on transportation, traffic and parking challenges experienced in the Downtown Area. GPA believes there is an opportunity to create better policies & programs to improve the analysis and management of these impacts based on several key principles:
     A. Holistic Approaches
     B. Data Driven Policy Making
     C. Effective Management of Resources
Strategies for the Downtown area can also be applied to other work/live zones such as California Avenue and Charleston/San Antonio.  Read more in our White Paper.

Housing for All

Palo Alto has long been a desirable location to live.  But with demand at a high and supply at a minimum, the housing market has been a difficult one.  GPA believes there there are strategies to increase supply reasonably, but without disrupting the character of existing low density neighborhoods, and the appeal of older mixed use work/live/play areas.
