Housing for AllPalo Alto has long been a desirable location to live. But with demand at a high and supply at a minimum, the housing market has been a difficult one. GPA believes there there are strategies to increase supply reasonably, but without disrupting the character of existing low density neighborhoods, and the appeal of older mixed use work/live/play areas.
